Learning to leave the nest

After a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids over the last couple weeks, and a week break from being at the Center with IVs and PEMF and EVOX therapies and Dr. appointments, I have made the decision to set out "on my own," you might say.

I woke this morning to an email with a link to a video that helped me realize that I really do have the tools I need to strengthen my body so that it can take care of the cancer. The video is #1 of a series called "Square One" by Chris Wark. chrisbeatcancer.com  This series of videos would be a great place to start with a new diagnosis. If I had seen it and had enough faith at the time, I may have saved us tens of thousands of dollars.

Today I got the results from a test for viruses. It turns out my sister has been right all along. Epstien Barr is a precursor to this cancer, as is HIV/AIDS. (Like HPV is a precursor to cervical cancer). The oncologist said he tested of both EBV and HIV and I didn't have them. The doctor at the Center dug deeper (a full viral panel) and it turns out my numbers for EBV are very high. Julie, my little sister, called it by my long-time symptoms. We took blood today to send to the lab in Greece - they can make a vaccine-type thing out of my own blood to help my body kick the virus. I will get that vaccine in about 2 weeks. We don't know if it will help, but it won't hurt.
SUPPORTIVE OLIGONUCLEOTIDE TECHNIQUE (SOT): This is not a test, rather the patient’s blood is used to make the SOT by using the mRNA to induce certain gene expressions. SOT has the ability to induce apoptosis in the CTCs and all primary and metastatic tumors. The SOT can also be used for viruses.

After much debate and differing opinions on what to eat to fight cancer best, I've decided to adopt a goal of ingesting 20+ servings of vegetables (mostly leafy greens) and fruits. I will still eat eggs and other quality proteins, animal and otherwise. That will daily look like a minimum of: 1 protein smoothy, 1 big salad, and 1 large glass of juiced greens with just enough apples, pineapple, or carrots to make it palatable. It is not Ketogenic because of the fruit, especially. It is not vegan because of the animal proteins. I need to stay away from dairy and gluten, which I have for a few years anyhow. It's what feels right to me, for me.

This may be where you want to stop. I outline below in detail, the regimen we've put together thus far. It is not to overwhelm anyone. But it does show that prevention is much cheaper and easier than battling this after diagnosis. I encourage you to do what I was unable to get myself to do until my life depended on it. Exercise daily. Eat lots and lots of fresh vegetables and foods as close to how they are grown as possible. Seek help if anxiety or stress is high in your life and change your life if needed. You are worth it! Detox because we are inundated by toxins we weren't meant to deal with. Get a test done called a Nutrieval to see what your body could be missing; I wish I had that test about a million supplements ago. Nurture your relationship with the God that loves and cherishes you. You can't help but love a God who loves you so.

I am finishing up with some homeopathic tinctures that I needed to use for a month and then I will reincorporate a significant amount of Chinese herbs (66 capsules and tablets daily). Some need to be taken on an empty stomach which creates a very structured day. I will be retested in 3 months to see if I still need to take all of these. These are what help my body take care of Circulating Tumor Cells. The test is called the Cancer Cascade and anyone can take it - to see if they have cancer growing and to deal with it as early as possible - even before a cancer diagnosis is possible. And it only costs about $250. I highly recommend it. The herbs are very effective.

I still take Orosal (the oral liquid version of Salicinium) twice daily and 12 capsules of probiotics and alkalizing agents. Salicinium – Disrupting Anaerobic Glycolosis and Improving GcMAF Immune Response by Virginia Osborne, ND (article can be found in The Townsend Letter.)
This article explains how Salicinium, a natural compound, disrupts cancer cell energy production and forces cancer cells to release the nagalase coating that hides them from natural killer cells.

I still use use the tonic 4 times / day of various roots in potassium iodine from the Biomedical Hoxsey Clinic in Tijuana, as well as the herbs for their immune system (9 capsules/day). I also take 4 capsules a day of various mushrooms they suggest, as well as Shaklee's Nutriferon for the immune system.

I take thyroid medication (I sure wish we had known Iodine deficiency probably caused the problems prompting the killing of my thyroid with radiation 11 years ago). I also take an antidepressant daily and a pregnenalone supplement that seems to help with my memory problems. I also use drops of hormones rubbed into my skin because of blood test results showing I am low on estrogen and progesterone. I also take 2 progesterone capsules at night, calcium, Nutriferon, and Carlson's Deep Sea Fish Oil with Vitamin D before bed.

Oh ya - there are the basic supplements like Vita-Lea (multi), B-Complex, Methylfolate, Vitamin D as a liquid, Calcium (12 capules/tablets total) and I need to add Vita-E. I also take a magnesium drink at night.

I try to incorporate essential oils into our life. Zenacrine in the diffuser at night, Frankincense and Myrrh on my feet and lymph nodes. Lemon in my water throughout the day. Lavender when I think about it. On Guard when I think of it, if I may be subjected to germs like on a plane. I'm learning this as I go along. (all by Do Terra-I have a fantastic supplier if you need one!)

I am thinking of starting to use Castor Oil packs as another detox. I am still doing coffee enemas a few times each week, I need to start jumping on my little trampoline to help my lymph move better in my body. Grounding when I think of it at night. Yoga 3 times/week, Pilates twice/week, Walks with a friend twice a week, and trying to incorporate more exercise in other ways like hikes and unplanned walks.

We use energy technology from Russia called the Healing Blanket and are considering buying a Scenar device too. I have seen it dramatically help people with pain and it is supposed to help with healing. A chiropractor I go to also uses something like Reiki.

Other good things are Epson Salt baths and Saunas. My sauna broke and the company isn't responding to my emails or calls. Grrrrrr. Once or twice weekly I use a probiotic suppository.

I had blood taken today to monitor hormones, especially thyroid. Hopefully we finally have the levels right and they will be stable for awhile. I had no idea the connection these had with cancer.

I am seeing an EMDR therapist and 2 different chiropractors with differing specialties. And I'm considering something called Brain Optimization. The mind/body/spirit connection is mysterious but undeniable.

My hubby and I are looking at going for a week at a time to a place in San Diego called the Optimal Health Institute where you learn how to eat raw, sprout seeds, soak beans, shop, detox, calm your mind with prayer and meditation and so much more. It is a 3 week program but we will only go for a week at a time. I hear you live pretty much on Wheatgrass shots and colonics. Scary but it sounds really good.

I am learning that I can be confident in my decisions. After all, as a believer, I have the Spirit of Christ himself living in me. I am learning to trust Him and myself more and focus more on the present than whatever else I could be thinking about.

If I knew 6 months ago what I know now, I would not have spent quite so much money at the Cancer Center for Healing - but I guess I needed that experience to get me to this place of confidence. In many ways I am healthier that I have ever been. No looking back. No regrets. Just trust and energy put where I need it in order to heal and thrive. For as long as God wants me to.

The doctor wants me to stay off work for now. It's weird not feeling sick but needing to be off. As you can see, this is quite a job and when I was working I had a terrible time staying on track. New Circulating Tumor Cell testing Nov. 1 or so.  I'm looking into something called the Navarro test that might give me a good indicator of our progress and is much cheaper and easier to do more often.

xoxo
