Hi There.

It’s been awhile. I pray this finds you and yours very well.

We are home from our more-than-wonderful motorcycle trek in Canada. We spent 5 precious days in Colorado with the kids and granddaughters before flying to Vancouver, renting the most beautiful and powerful motorcycle, and then making our way around a nearly 2000 mile jaw dropping loop. My hubby led a tour of a similar trip last year and put so much love and care into choosing just the right cabins and lakes and hotels for us. It was just perfect. Today is actually our 30th wedding anniversary, which was the driver of such an elaborate and special trip. To have found My Drew and to have spent 30 years loving and learning with him is a God given miracle in my life, to say the least.

In short, I have started IVs of Salicinium and Mistletoe (for the immune system). This is a 3-5 week protocol with several hours a day 5 days a week. It is incredibly expensive but we hope it's the answer. I will get the results of a Nagalase test tomorrow, which is a substance given off by cancer in the body and can give an indication of what’s going on, and give a baseline for future comparison. I am sending blood off to the lab in Greece to see if what we are doing is effecting my Circulating Tumor Cell numbers. Still trying to get thyroid and hormones level right. I continue the protocol from Mexico (tonic, herbs, mushrooms) and several herbs and supplements. Detox strategies.

I’ve had the blessing to get to know so many people at the center. We have a cherished new friend staying with us from Kansas battling inflammatory breast cancer. A dear woman with ovarian cancer got the news we all want and is home – the same home she thought she would have to sell to continue treatment. Another from Australia just surprised a surgeon – 3 tumors gone and 1 reduced from 3cm to 1. Of course, there are others struggling and there are those who don't get well. It’s sometimes draining and discouraging but we are buoyed as we celebrate each other’s small and large successes.

So, that’s where it’s at. Thanks again for caring enough to read this and, especially, for the prayers. God bless and keep you. Cath

  1. You write powerfully and insightfully, thank you!

I'm also a Christian and have advanced and aggressive prostate cancer. I'm surprised to learn that we've consulted with some of the same providers (Dr. von Schaeffer at Irvine, for example) with sadly, some of the same frustrating and discouraging results.

So I'm also getting IVs of Salicinium and Mistletoe (which are incredibly expensive), and will get the results of a Nagalase test in a couple of weeks.

Yes, we want everything to go well, however, it appears that we're in this for the long haul. You raise a great point in that regard, and let's hope and pray that we both see positive results.

Hang in there, because with God and other believers, you're never alone.
