Taking a month off (-:

Hi All,

It's been awhile. It is so hard to adequately share all that has been going on. I spent some weeks struggling with what treatments to go with because doctors don't agree and basically, all the options are all a leap of faith.

Because I do not have any "B" symptoms of AITL - night sweats, fevers, rashes.
And because my lymph nodes are not growing rapidly...
I have decided to take the next month for a different kind of healing (love, travel, nature, fresh air) (in addition to about 100 capsules of herbs and supplements a day, 4 tonics, 1 powder, 1 oil, 3 essential oils, ...). Andy has planned this trip for our 30th anniversary and we can't wait to get on the road! We did something similar 31 years ago.

We will have a sauna where we are staying most of the time for detox. I will be oil pulling, taking hot baths with Epson Salts and essential oils. Oh yes...don't forget the coffee enemas. I know it sounds gross but it is really no big deal and it seems to be the best way to lower the toxin load in the liver/body.

A friend was laughing hysterically the other day, visualizing us on the motorcycle with the enema bag hanging off the back - and the bags bursting with all this stuff.

We will fly to Colorado Springs to be with 4 of our kids and 3 precious little granddaughters. After 4th of July we will fly up to Vancouver BC where an Indian Roadmaster (fancy motorcycle) will be waiting for us. We will spend the next 16 days touring all around the Canadian Rockies with a timeshare for 7 nights in the middle. Yeee haaa!

When we get back, the plan is for me to start IV Salicinium (bad for cancer cells) and Mistletoe (good for the immune system). I will send my blood to the lab in Greece to measure the Circulating Tumor Cells again. I will also have the results of a Nagalase test, which can give us some gauge as we go forward (and is cheap at only $100 a pop).

Two things I've learned ... stay on top of your thyroid and make sure you are getting enough Vitamin D! Both of these things are linked with the uptick in cancer. And...sugar is food for cancer and suppresses our ability to keep it in check. We all have about 75million cancer cells in our bodies at a time. We either help the good guys or the bad guys by what we eat and how we live. And fun is good for us!

So...I hope you get some time for fun in the sun this summer. Thank you for caring enough to read all this. See you the end of July (-:  Cath

  3. Cathie, I read all your posts and keep you in my prayers daily. You're a brave woman with a loving family and friends.
Go forth upon that Indian Roadmaster with your knight in shining helmet and rejoice in life, sing loud and eat something wrong once in a while!

  5. Dearest Cathie, and brother Drewbud, may the Lord be Glorified, evidence of his Majesty Cruising through the Canadian Rockies. May the stars shine bright during the nights and on the ride with blue skies painted with Cirrus and Cumulus clouds. Safe travels with eternal joy, Love and Amen
